Lift-and-slide doors are designed for openings where large uninterrupted panes of glass are the priority. Turning the handle lifts the sliding sash from its seals so substantial panels can move smoothly along the track before lowering back into the closed position.
Sheerline Prestige Lift & Slide is available with twin or triple tracks and can be configured around two, three or four panes depending on the opening and design.

Refined sightlines
Designed to keep the view as open as possible
The Prestige Lift & Slide system offers frame-and-sash sightlines around 106mm, with interlock options as slim as 52mm depending on configuration. The result is a large glazed opening without visually heavy framing.
Thermal performance
Prestige Lift & Slide uses Sheerline Thermlock® technology and is available with high-performance double or triple glazing. Published U-values vary by pane arrangement, threshold and glazing specification, so we confirm the relevant value for your proposed door rather than applying one figure to every installation.

Threshold, drainage and floor details need to be considered at survey stage, particularly where a low transition between inside and outside is wanted. For new extensions, discussing finished floor levels early can help achieve the cleanest result.
