Manufactured in Bristol
Made-to-measure Classic and Prestige aluminium windows, manufactured locally for Bristol homes, extensions, renovations and new-build projects.
Two complementary systems
Both ranges use Sheerline's Thermlock® multi-chamber thermal technology, but each has a different emphasis. Classic is the ultra-slim choice for contemporary and heritage projects, while Prestige offers the broadest choice of window styles and configurations.
Classic is Sheerline's slimmest window range. Fixed picture windows can have sightlines from 36.5mm, with beadless opening casement and French windows from 59mm.
Prestige is Sheerline's most versatile window system, with casement, tilt-and-turn, French, fixed, bow, bay, angled and curved window options.
Thermal performance
Sheerline systems use Thermlock® multi-chamber thermal breaks to reduce heat transfer through the aluminium frame. Classic achieves published whole-window U-values of 1.4 W/m²K double glazed and 1.1 W/m²K triple glazed, while Prestige is published at 1.4 W/m²K double glazed and as low as 1.0 W/m²K triple glazed depending on specification.
Actual performance depends on window size, style, glazing and specification, so we confirm the appropriate performance for your project when quoting.

Sheerline Classic windows carry PAS24 enhanced-security accreditation. Secured by Design options are available with the required specification, including laminated glass upgrades.
Correct surveying, manufacture, glazing and installation all contribute to the finished window's performance.
Window and door security →Aluminium does not have to mean one look. Flat contemporary faces suit modern extensions and new builds, while stepped profiles and decorative bars can produce a slimmer, steel-inspired appearance for period renovations.
Classic is particularly suited to heritage-style projects, including Georgian grids and Art Deco-inspired horizontal bar layouts.
Windows and doors can be specified in coordinated Sheerline colours and finishes, including popular greys, black, white, cream, brown and metallic finishes. Bespoke and dual-colour options can also be discussed where available.
